Interesting decoration

The town had a French name and a French feel.

But it was still in Switzerland.

And was beside Lac de Neuchatel

There was a walkway beside the lake

So I went for a walk.

It was a public holiday so all the shops were shut.

They have battlements

And towers

And statues

Another Justice statue

It was national leave your car home so a lot of bicycles and skateboards about.

I took another walk up the hillside.

This was the view at the viewpoint, nice trees.

More constructive street art.

The art museum which was open but I arrived too late

Part of the university.

Welcome in English in around the side.

I was going to stay for the sunset.

Until I realised it wasn't going to be into the lake.

But it looked quite scenic nevertheless.
