19-9 Schwarzhorn

Looking back to Grindelwald and the Eiger from Grosse Scheidegg 1,962 M

First and the Reeti ridge

Schwarzhorn 2,927 M

The valley beyond

At last some decent reflections at Hornseeli (2,147 M) worth the diversion

The valley I need to climb to the end of with Schwarzhorn on the left.

Looking back after some climbing

Not easy when the path was ill-defined.

One of the few bits of snow left.

Looking back to the Wetterhorn

Looking up to Schwarzhorn

A mini glacier with a few hikers

A nice peak off the edge of my map

The walk continued this way

Looking down on Hornseeli

I probably didn't need to retrace my steps

From the top of a peak also off my map called Wildgarst at least 2,700 M

One of the lakes in the Interlaken region

And a couple more

Hikers on the summit of Schwarzhorn

Schwarzhorn and the Eiger

That unknown peak again

One of the lakes on my intended route Haxeseeroli (2,464 M)

More Schwarzhorn

Haxeseeroli

The Eiger (for a change)

Some rather strange rocks

Schwarzhorn

Wildgarst on the right

Faulhorn restaurant is on the peak on the right

Haxeseeroli

Nice reflections but I can't see the big snow capped peaks

The trail

Looking back to Schwarzhorn and Wildgarst

The second lake Hagelseeroli (2,339 M)

I finally got the other side of that ridge so the big mountains are back.

Return to Bachsee

It is giving some reflections

But it is supposed to look like this. Well without the distortion and the scary moustache

But I had to be content with this.

Note how the sign and the number plate match this is not accidental.

I wonder what country the tourists come from?
